SO YOU HAVE A GREAT DESIGN …

At WORLD REPLICATION GROUP we want to make your experience as easy as

possible and that means when you design your own CD/DVD we want to make sure

that all the work you have put into it has not been in vain. We have FREE templates available for download to make sure that all the components of your project fit properly and that

no extra charges will be incurred to alter your artwork to fit.

Here is a list of Programs we currently support:

MAC or PC

Illustrator CS3

Quark XPress 7

InDesign CS3

Photoshop CS3

High Resolution EPS (with all type converted to outlines/curves)

Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 High Resolution PDF *

• We do prefer to receive the files within the actual programs they were created instead of as PDF’s as it is easier if there are changes or if something is incorrect to make changes within the program.

Things to Know:

Your files should be supplied as high resolution 300 dpi. Supplying anything less will create very poor print quality and will be visible on photos on final project. Include 1/8” bleed on all sides to provide for a quality looking project.

Please make sure all files are submitted as CMYK on the color files and GRAYSCALE on the black/white files. NO RGB. This is very important.

Make sure to include all fonts with your files and make sure all important information is

inside the cut-line by at least 1/8” to avoid any possible chance of being cut off in finishing process.

If you are providing art for a booklet it is imperative that it be supplied in PRINTER spreads NOT reader spreads e.g. Page 1 - 12 together, 2 - 11 together, etc. and you must also supply a printed stapled sample. A color print should be supplied with all files as a reference.

Once we receive the files, we will check carefully, confirm all is to our specifications and send you a final proof via FedEx for one last check before the manufacturing process begins.
