SHIPMENTS FROM WORLD REPLICATION GROUP

All shipments leaving WORLD REPLICATON GROUP are totally insured against breakage or damage by the delivery company. Rarely is a shipment damaged in transit, however it does happen and the following procedures MUST be followed to ensure the freight company accepts your claim promptly.

BEFORE SIGNING ANY DELIVERY SLIP YOU MUST:

a) Make sure you have the total number of cartons referred to on the delivery slip.

b) Check all cartons for visible signs of damage, torn, ripped or crushed corners, etc.

c) Check any open cartons for missing product or damage to content.

ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE SATISFIED YOURSELF THAT THE SHIPMENT IS IN GOOD ORDER, SIGN THE DELIVERY SLIP.

If you find any damage or shortage, sign the delivery slip; “RECEIVED DAMAGED, SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION” and have the delivery driver also sign the bill confirming the damage.

IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE DELIVERY COMPANY. Tell them the delivery waybill number and let them know you wish to make a claim.

If you follow this procedure, your claim should be handled promptly and without incident.
