QUANTITIES
Due to our rigid quality control, end counts are seldom the exact quantity order.
All quantities are subject to 5% over or under run and will be charged or credited accordingly for the actual number of discs produced and shipped to you.
PRICING
The information, specifications, or prices may have changed. Upon request, World Replication Group will be pleased to supply a written quotation with current specifications. World Replication Group reserves the right to change prices, colors, materials, specifications, quantities without notice and without incurring obligation of any kind.
LIABILITY
Customer indemnifies and holds harmless World Replication Group against loss, damage, costs and expense including attorney’s fees, which World Replication Group may suffer or be charged with by reason of any claim of infringement of copyright or trademarks or contributions under the Phonograph Record Trust Agreement or of any claim that said recording is not the property of customer or defames or infringes on the right to privacy of any person, firm or corporation which may be made against World Replication Group in connection with the production and manufacture.
Master, artwork, photos, etc. furnished by the client remain the property of the client, and World Replication Group specifically denies liability for any damage or loss due to fire or casualty while said materials are in the care, control or possession of World Replication Group. Please note parts and art will only be held for TWELVE MONTHS from the date of the most recent order, then may be destroyed at World Replication Group’s discretion without further notice.
